$25 – Coffee and snacks for teachers
$50 – Supplies for a student activity

Grade Level Funds
The Grade Level Fund is a shared fund for each grade level to support teachers, students, and classroom community activities throughout the school year.
Families may contribute voluntarily to their child’s grade-level fund. Funds will be managed by the Booster Club and Grade Level Coordinators.
Funds May Be Used For:
- Teacher wish list items
- Classroom supplies
- Birthday treats and student celebrations
- Classroom parties and grade-level events
- Teacher/staff appreciation
- Small enrichment or hospitality needs
Guidelines
- All purchases and reimbursements must follow Booster Club procedures and include receipts.
- Funds should benefit the grade level as a whole whenever possible.
- Personal or cash gifts are not permitted.
- Unused funds may not be transferred to individuals or classrooms.
Year-End Balance
At the end of the school year, remaining funds will be used for teacher appreciation and grade-level staff recognition within that grade community.
