Grade Level Fund
The Grade Level Fund is a shared fund for each grade level to support teachers, students, and classroom community activities throughout the school year.
Families may contribute voluntarily to their child’s grade-level fund. Funds will be managed by the Booster Club and Grade Level Coordinators.
Funds May Be Used For:
- Teacher wish list items
- Classroom supplies
- Teacher birthday treats and student class celebrations
- Classroom parties and grade-level events
- Teacher and staff appreciation
- Small classroom enrichment or hospitality needs
Guidelines
- For GLCs: All purchases and reimbursements must follow BASIS Richardson Boosters’ financial procedures and include receipts.
- Funds should benefit the grade level as a whole whenever possible.
- Unused funds may not be transferred to individuals or classrooms.
- Cash gifts are not permitted.
Year-End Balance
At the end of the school year, remaining funds will be used for teacher appreciation and grade-level staff recognition within that grade community.
Families are always welcome to give personal gifts directly to teachers if they choose.
